Delete your tuttd account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from the tuttd app.
1. Delete in the app
Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm the final deletion prompt. Your session closes when deletion finishes. This process is available on iPhone, Android, and Mac.
2. If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@tuttd.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Delete my tuttd account”. We will verify ownership before acting on the request.
3. Data that is deleted
Login identities, sessions, saved events, reactions, registrations, meetup posts, profile details, and other personal account data are deleted or anonymized. Events you organized are cancelled and stripped of identifying details.
4. Limited retention
Transaction records may be retained in anonymized form when tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or other legal obligations require it. Backup copies age out under our retention schedule.
