LEGAL
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using tuttd’s website, apps and APIs.
1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing tuttd, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use tuttd for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.
The service is not directed to children under 16. A parent or legal guardian must supervise any use by a younger person where local law permits it.
2. What tuttd provides
tuttd helps people discover city events on a map, save events, register interest and publish short-lived meetup requests. Organizers may publish free or paid events. Features can differ by city, device or launch stage.
Unless checkout expressly identifies tuttd as the seller, tuttd is a discovery platform and is not the organizer, venue or ticket seller.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and login methods secure. Information you provide must be accurate. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Events, meetups and safety
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, accessibility and delivery of their events. Users decide whether to attend an event or meet another person and should use reasonable care in public and private settings.
Do not post misleading, illegal, discriminatory, threatening, sexually exploitative or unsafe content. Do not impersonate others, scrape the service, bypass access controls or interfere with the platform.
5. Payments, commission and refunds
Creating and publishing an event is free. When a paid ticket is sold through tuttd checkout, tuttd charges the organizer a 15% platform commission on that ticket sale. External ticket sales remain governed by the external seller and organizer.
The seller, total price and applicable cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms, and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
6. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant tuttd a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, format and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
The tuttd name, interface, software and brand assets belong to tuttd or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Suspension, availability and liability
We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance or protection of the service. You may stop using tuttd at any time.
The service is provided with reasonable care, but city data, event details and third-party services can change. To the extent permitted by law, tuttd is not liable for indirect loss or for acts of organizers, venues, payment providers or users. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@tuttd.com. Applicable law and forum will be determined by mandatory law and the operator details presented when commercial service begins.
